Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CISAPractice.com ("the Service"), operated by Certin ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CISAPractice provides practice questions, flashcards, study guides, and related materials for CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) exam preparation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ISACA. CISA is a registered trademark of ISACA.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for personal, individual use. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Full Access is billed monthly at $29.99/month. Lifetime Access is a one-time payment of $199. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

5. Lifetime Access

Lifetime Access is restricted to a single device. The first device used to log in becomes the registered device. Transferring access to a new device requires contacting support at certinhq@outlook.com.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Full Access subscription at any time from your billing page. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on CISAPractice, including questions, explanations, study guides, and blog posts, is owned by Certin. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from the content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

CISAPractice is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing the CISA exam. All content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
