Refund Policy

Full Access (Monthly Subscription)

Full Access subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of their initial payment. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time and continue to access the Service through the end of the current billing cycle.

Lifetime Access

Lifetime Access purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 5 practice exams. After 14 days or exceeding 5 completed exams, no refunds are available.

How to Request a Refund

Email certinhq@outlook.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests from accounts that show signs of abuse, such as bulk downloading content, sharing account credentials, or attempting to circumvent access controls.
