We collect information you provide when creating an account: name, email address, and username. We also collect usage data such as exam scores, flashcard progress, and study activity to provide the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (password resets, receipts), send optional marketing emails about study tips and promotions (you can unsubscribe anytime), and improve the Service.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data; we never store credit card numbers.
• Resend for transactional and marketing emails.
• Cloudflare Turnstile for bot detection on login and signup forms.
• Vercel for hosting.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not use analytics or tracking services beyond what is listed above. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.

5. Data Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

8. Marketing Emails

We send a limited series of study tips and promotional emails after signup. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.
